Once you have placed your order, you will find this info in your confirmation email. Orders are dispatched once fully completed, and if you've ordered multiple items with different lead times, the longest one will apply.

Most name signs can be easily hung on a small nail. If your item needs special hanging instructions, I’ll include a little card with all the details to make it simple.

I am rarely able to make products other than the ones available on my website. However, I can sometimes have other colours in stock, or slightly tweak them, so just get in touch here with your ideas and I'll do my best to help.

I know how lovely a little sale or discount can be, but around here they’re kept rare and a bit special. From time to time, I’ll offer a few pieces from past collections or the odd sample, but you won’t see flash sales or end-of-season clearances – it’s just not how I work.

You can use Paypal Pay in 3 installments or pay later. Both these options can be selected through your Paypal account if you qualify.

Absolutely! Just enter a gift message at the bottom of the cart page and use your recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout.

All items are sent gift wrapped by default and no paper receipt is included.

As soon as your order leaves me, you’ll get a dispatch email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its journey. You can also use that link to change the delivery day.

Due to the new packaging regulations introduced in August 2026, I am no longer able to ship to the EU. I fully support better packaging, recycling and protecting our environment, but the way these rules are being implemented means that a tiny business like mine have to navigate different registrations, reporting systems, representatives and fees across multiple countries.
This isn’t a decision I ever wanted to make, and it absolutely breaks my heart, but as a one-woman business, I just can’t manage the extra time and costs required to meet these new regulations.

If you are ordering with delivery to the US, import taxes will be paid at checkout and you won't have anything extra to pay when you receive your order.

All other deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and customs. For these destinations, all import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused and returned to me, any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Personalised items cannot be returned.

Non-personalised items (except sale and sample items) can be returned within 14 days if they’re in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns are at your own expense, and I strongly recommend using a tracked postal method, as I can’t refund or exchange items that aren’t received.
