When will my order be ready?
All personalised items are handmade to order. For this reason please allow 10 full working days for your order to be completed and ready for shipping. For stock items, the delay is 2-5 working days before the item is dispatched. Please note that during busy periods, such as the sales or Christmas, this may take longer. I process and make all orders as quickly as possible, so I will try to deliver sooner if I can. You will receive an email once your order is made and has been dispatched.
I left it until the last minute to purchase a gift. Can you help?

Where do you ship to?
Little Cloud ships to the UK and the following destinations: Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. If your country is not listed, please contact me and I will give you a shipping quote.
How do you work out the shipping costs?
P&P costs are calculated carefully taking into account the weight and volume of your order.
For the UK, I offer optional tracking and delivery is free for orders over £100. Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and will usually arrive within 2 working days of dispatch.
All international orders are sent tracked. Delivery time is on average 5-7 working days, but can be longer if the parcel is held up in customs.
My order is a gift. Can you send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter a gift message at the bottom of the cart page and their address as the shipping address at the checkout. Name signs, garlands and stickers come in a gift box and cushions will be wrapped in tissue paper. No receipt will be included in the parcel.
My item hasn't arrived. What can I do?
First thing is to make sure you entered your address correctly (you can do this on your order confirmation email). Then, please check with that you haven't received a card from your postman. Failing that, it's a good idea to check with your neighbours, as well as your Royal Mail sorting office. If there is still no sign of your order, please let me know and I'll do all I can to help.
Can I return an item?
For obvious reasons, personalised items cannot be returned.
Non-personalised items (except sale items) can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own expense in perfect condition and in their original packaging. I strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, as I can not refund or exchange for items not received.
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
How can I hang my wire sign?
The most discrete option is to hang them using a couple of tiny nails (not supplied). You can hook 2 of the letters directly onto them. It's most secure if you hang the first and last letter when possible. Just hold your sign where you want to hang it and mark the wall where the nails need to go using a pencil.
Alternatively, you can hang them with washi tape or by hooking them with fairy light command hooks (available on Amazon and most DIY stores).
Please hang the sign far from the reach of little hands and away from cots.
