Delivery Info

Thinking of placing an order? I want you to know exactly what to expect from your Little Cloud delivery so there are no nasty surprises - only beautiful ones!

Here’s what to expect:

“When will my order be ready?”

  • ‘Ready to Send’ items (identified by a pink sticker on the website) are sent within 3 working days (not including transit time). 
  • All other items are ‘made to order’ and will take up to 2 weeks to be made ( not including transit time) 
  • I work around my family and unfortunately, I cannot accept any requests for faster production time. 
  • Orders are sent once completed, and if your order contains multiple items with different lead-times, the longest lead time will apply. 
  • You will receive an email once your order is made and has been dispatched.

Please note that during busy periods, such as Sales periods or Christmas, this may take longer.

NB. Due to issues with COVID, international orders are suspended until further notice.

Europe Tracked

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 CRISIS, THERE MAY BE DELAYS WITH POSTAL SERVICES.

All taxes due on import are the responsibility of the buyer. Should you refuse the parcel, and it is returned to us, the costs linked to this will be deducted from the refund.

 *IMPORTANT*  If any of the outer packaging arrives damaged, you should either:

  • Decline the delivery altogether OR
  • Accept the delivery but ensure that the damage is noted on the delivery note.

In both cases, please email contact@little-cloud.co.uk within 3 days of delivery to notify me of the damage. Please also ensure that you keep all packaging until this issue is resolved.

 

CORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Unfortunately, Little Cloud cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

With that in mind, please to extra care to supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination).

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination (in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout) contact us in writing at contact@little-cloud.co.uk

Due to the current global pandemic and the impact this is having on delivery services, please wait 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries before getting in touch.

 

NON-DELIVERIES

If you miss your delivery and your order is not collected from the courier's depot, they should be returned to us.
In this case, we will have to charge again for the postage to dispatch the items again. We will only be able to offer a refund if the products are returned to us in perfect saleable condition and are non-personalised. 

Where applicable and return delivery charges apply, we will deduct the cost of returning the goods to us from your refund. In this instance original postage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
