Lovely Ornament & Great Customer Service

I gave these ornaments to my mother in law for all of the grandkids for Christmas and they were a huge hit! Claire was super helpful and responsive when I needed to re-order out of season.

Accommodating a fussy customer!

I ordered a Christmas decoration from Claire for a very special four year-old in my life and when it arrived I wasn’t sure that he would understand the style of font that Claire had used with the C looking like a small e! I emailed Claire and she immediately offered to make me a new one, even sending back a return postage paid envelope for the original decoration! I was sooo happy with the replacement! The quality is excellent and it looks really sweet. Thank you, Claire for accommodating a fussy customer!
