What are the cut offs for Christmas orders?

Only items from the ready to ship sections are now available for UK delivery before Christmas (dispatched within 3 working days).

If you order items from the 'ready to ship' section alongside items from the rest of the collection, your order will be dispatched in 4 weeks. If you would like the 'ready to ship' items sooner, please place 2 separate orders.

 

Can I still order after this?

Past the cut off dates,  you can still order items from the ready to ship section which are still likely to arrive in time for the big day (UK only).  Please note that if you also purchase any of these together with items out of this category, then a 4 weeks making time will apply.

 

What are the lead-times on other items?

The rest of the collection will remain available to purchase, but will be dispatched 4 weeks from purchase and your order will reach you after Christmas.

 

How will I know when my order will be ready?

The current making time is 4 full weeks and you will be notified by email once your order has been sent out.

 

My order was posted days ago but I still don't have it. Is it lost?


Royal Mail have started to experience severe delays and please understand that this is completely out of my control.  I am aiming to send as many orders as possible ahead of Royal Mail's last postal date, but there may still be issues with deliveries. These are unprecedented times and it's hard to know what to expect. 

For more clarity on the progress of your order once dispatched, I highly recommend to choose tracked delivery.

 

Can you expedite my order?

As much as I’d love to say yes, I am barely managing to get orders out
within 3/4 weeks, and it would be unfair to delay other customers’
order.

 

Do you offer discounts?

I don’t do discount codes or Black Friday sales. There will be a sample sale in the new year.

 

My order has been dispatched but still hasn't arrived. Is it lost?

I’m sorry to hear that you have not received your order. There are currently a lot of delays due to the pandemic.  With the new lockdown,
our lovely posties are having to handle exceptional volumes of parcels
whilst dealing with staff illnesses and social distancing in sorting
centres. Depending on the route they take, some orders are arriving
fast and others are taking several days or even weeks within the UK!
But don’t worry your item is on its way. It’s extremely rare for
parcels to get lost. Thank you for your patience in these exceptional
times. If it still hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please get in touch.


The tracking link doesn't work. Why is this?

If your tracking link says “An update will only be provided when we
attempt to deliver your item”, this is because you chose standard
shipping at checkout, not tracked.



My order shows as delivered but I don't have it.

First thing, please check the delivery address in your order
confirmation is correct. Next, please double check with everyone in your household, with your neighbours and in any safe place your postman may have left the item. It's a good idea to organise a redelivery online just in case (don't use the reference number) and  to see if this works. If still no luck give me another shout!
