All our personalised items are handmade to order. For this reason please allow approximately 5 working days for your order to be completed and ready for shipping. For stock items, the delay is 3 working days before the item is dispatched. Please note that during busy periods, such as the sales or Christmas, this may take a little longer. We process and make all orders as quickly as possible, so we will try to deliver sooner if we can. We will notify you by email once your order is made and has been dispatched.
We deliver only to the UK. Shipping costs are calculated carefully. They will depend on your order and whether it is sent 'tracked' or not. You can work out the shipping cost by simply at checkout page (no need to enter all your details at this point).
Royal Mail First Class to the UK usually arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch, whilst 'tracked' will arrive the next morning of dispatch.
With the exception of personalised items and sale items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery by returning the product(s) at your own expense in their original packaging, unused and unwashed. Little Cloud will refund the order, shipping cost deducted.
If you need to return an item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Postage charges cannot be refunded. Items should be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, as we can not refund or exchange for items not received.
All our designs and products are protected from copyright. The images, text and design of our website and marketing material are the property of Little Cloud. We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously.
We will never share any personal information provided to us with a third party.
